Honestly, I'm kind of thankful that an intro post is required, since it gives me a reason to poke around and learn how the site is laid out and how posting works.

Random funny thing: I'm kicked back on the couch, and when I looked over just now, a Zepbound ad was playing on the TV. (I've got ADHD—either everyone here will eventually tune that out, or you'll help me sort out which substances might tone it down.)

Anyway… I'm a middle aged woman putting in serious effort to avoid looking middle aged. Enter the GLP1s. I exercise and jog on a regular basis, but body recomp is an area where some extra support would clearly do me good. On top of that, I've got strange blood sugar issues—ones I won't get into—that I'm trying to get sorted out. For the first time, I've been on a GLP1 for a month.

So basically, I'm brand new, but I want to learn.

And right now there's a commercial for aesthetic injectables on the TV. Oh, and it's randomly on the Anger Management channel.

Let's see, what else is there to say about me? My job is a white collar desk jockey position, and it involves a certain amount of travel now and then. The East Coast has been my home for my whole life. I've got two dogs and a cat.

Thanks for reading all of this.
