I’ve worked as an RN in the healthcare field for more than 10 years, and during the last several years I’ve become increasingly drawn to wellness and preventative medicine. My time in traditional medicine has made it clear how often the focus lands on addressing sickness once it has already occurred, which sparked my interest in treatments that assist the body sooner and more deeply.
Through my own wellness path, I’ve looked into options such as IV vitamin therapy, peptides, and additional regenerative methods aimed at aiding healing, recovery, metabolism, and general vitality. Part of this came from a desire to boost my own health and energy while juggling work, family, and the physical and mental strain that healthcare brings.
