Mid-forties woman. Started GLPs in 2023 with sema and lost 50 pounds before plateauing. Started tirz last year with no loss, maintained obese but not back to morbid so that's something. Was waiting on reta to get approved but I see they're trying to get it done as a biologic with I assume will make it very expensive brand name so decided it is time to look into alternatives. Excited to learn!

Welcome! That sounds frustrating. Wild that Tirz did nothing but maintain, hope you find some help with reta... And while you're going gray, there are other peps out there that can help your metabolism and help support your journey

Its a shame that the legal market has no actual desire to help people by maintaining those prices. Can honestly say reta has been a godsend. I get being embedded with that “hearty American appetite”. As for your experience with tirz, I had a similar outcome. Started with reta, switched to tirz to see if it could save me some bucks and did nothing to stem my hunger (more money lost than saved cry). Hopefully reta does the trick for you too!

Thank! Yeah, I had no idea there was so much out there. Curious and nervous at the same time.

Thanks! It's crazy, everyone told me if I did well on sema that tirz would be so much better. I just ordered from a third pharmacy with added B6 that everyone seems to like, but I don't lose from this I give up on tirz.

Well I’ll cheer you on regardless. I am sitting on 20 weeks of tirz that i am giving to a friend as soon as the reta is in. Did they say what they thought the B6 was going to do for you?
