Hi everyone,

New to GLP-1's, my first 10mgs of Reta is done and the changes already have me delighted!

Past National level Bodybuilder, still chipping away at downsizing and feeling a lot healthier/younger as I go.

The first bottle of Reta genuinely took the food noise away while I was working from home, and I feel hooked for life now.

Here to read and learn more from everyone. GLP-1's are my new favorite subject ... alongside competitive cycling, which I've adopted as my passion and which seems to pair well with GLP-1's for us older racers.

Thanks

DD

Which type of cycling are you referring to? Gravel and mtb races are things I've participated in. Considering giving crits a go.

The mention of cycling instantly won me over!

MTB is what I ride when I'm chasing good vibes, while urban and road rides are my way of building aerobic fitness.

IMO there's simply no better sensation than flying downhill 😍

Hey there, my riding started on mountain bikes, but these past couple of years I've shifted to road racing and crits. That setup suits us well since my GF is into triathlons and prefers pavement over dirt!

Turning 58 last week has been a real ego check — after so much bodybuilding stage success ... I'm lining up against plenty of racers young enough to be my kids! It's been a fun challenge, and the GF and I can't wait for winter indoor racing with a couple Zwift smart bikes we plan to purchase.

With the GLP-1's (especially Reta), my hope is to keep a physique that looks like a cyclist who also knows his way around a gym !

Hey there! Before you went with reta, had you given any other GLP-1 a shot? From what I've gathered, the usual take on reta is that it's great for dropping fat, though it doesn't do much for quieting food noise. Once you were on reta, did you stick with how you were eating before, or did you make any adjustments?

Hi, Reta is actually the first one I've tried. A buddy of mine who races bikes told me he was on it, plus test and the wolverine stack, and at 63 he looked incredible! He's also insanely dedicated with his cycling and his diet. I came across Reta as just a single bottle, and it's helped me get smaller — definitely shedding some muscle, but that's fine by me. Since I work from home with the kitchen right there, I was struggling to drop to a smaller size, but now with only 1mg every 4/5 days it's basically gotten me to where I wanted to be! It did quiet my food noise, which was bad and something I'd never dealt with before working from home.
