Hey all — Raina here, writing from Texas.

I decided to sign up since I've used tirzepatide in the past, and right now I'm weighing whether staying on it long term makes sense for me.

Binging and weight coming back have been ongoing battles, particularly once I stopped, and I want to talk with folks who get that experience.

On top of that, I'm going through menopause and healing from an injury, which means I can't be as active as I once was — handling all of it alone has not been easy.

Glad to be part of this space, and I'm eager to pick up knowledge and cheer others on as well.

I did 3 months on sem, and 8 lbs came on. Then 3 months of tirz, and I've only dropped 5 lbs. It's been tough — I eat so little, so it's confusing that nothing is happening. But I deal with the same issue. Good to meet you Raina, I'm Britney.

Hi Britney, and Raina too..So far this forum feels like the right place for support and information. Keen to follow along.

It must be annoying when the scale doesn't move as quickly as you'd hoped.

I'm aware that some people drop weight on tiny starter doses or micro-doses, while others don't notice much until they're solidly within the standard therapeutic range. Could that be part of what's going on?

For me, how active I am makes a difference as well. When I'm sedentary, the weight stays put!

Best of luck as you keep going.
