Hey everyone, Spade here.
I began using Retatrutide on May 23rd, 2026, starting at 354 pounds. Since then I've dropped 38 pounds, and honestly, my reason for joining is to gain a deeper understanding of GLPs, peptides, and related topics. I'm not just looking to use these compounds as a weight loss shortcut. Biohacking isn't my angle either. Weight and depression have been a struggle for me for years, and it's simply time to do better. What matters most is that I want to grasp what's happening inside my body and how GLPs are assisting me. I'd also like to take this chance to develop healthier routines for myself.
Today actually marked my first blood test while on this stuff, and truthfully, I feel a lot of optimism about what's ahead. Even though I'm still at 316, I've already seen major shifts. My size went from 48 down to 44. A good chunk of that weight was probably water and inflammation, especially since my back and leg pain have vanished entirely and I'm far more capable at work. It's a relief to no longer feel like dead weight around my coworkers.
Reaching 240 is my aim. I never put an end date on it because I don't want to box myself in, and I realize this will keep going even after I'm off GLPs. My target weight could obviously change. Knowing how I am, hitting 240 will just make me want to push further. I've never been someone who settles for just an inch.
