Hi, I'm Ikigaimi (Iki),

I'm 30 and based in the UK. Today I'm about to take my first dose of GLP1, after seeing my wife lose weight over the past year or so!

I'll see how it goes, and I'm curious about peptide stacking and whether peptides could help me deal with some of the daily difficulties I have.

I'm trying to keep things fairly general so I don't break any rules.

To give an idea of what I hope peptides might help with:

I've had hand problems, including de quervain's tenosynovitis, aching joints and reduced mobility.

I'm constantly exhausted and short on energy, both mentally and physically.

Lately I've been so stressed that I'm barely functioning.

Brain fog all the time.

I know peptides aren't magic, but I hope to find some things that help me manage some of these struggles, or at least make life easier.

So that's a bit about me and my goals. I've never really posted on forums before, so if I'm not doing this right, please guide me!

Thanks

Iki

I completely understand the low energy and exhaustion you're describing. Stress is certainly something that can play a part in that. Here's hoping that along this journey we're able to uncover some answers and see some improvement!

Appreciate you getting back to me! Honestly, just staying on top of chores takes whatever energy I have — playing with the kids or getting through work on top of that feels impossible. Truthfully, it's likely some blend of stress and depression. I'm aware that the fast weight gain lately hasn't made things easier, since I've been eating so much because of stress. I'm really eager to find out how the appetite suppression will affect me. Sadly, my first dose won't arrive until tomorrow! Thanks a lot, royal mail!
