Hi everyone,
My name is Lewis and I live in the UK. Finding this forum has made me really happy — honestly, I'm surprised it took me this long to stumble across it.
Weight has been a battle for me for as long as I can remember. At 34 years old, my starting point on Mounjaro was roughly 120kg. Roughly 9 months later, I had dropped to about 83–84kg, the leanest I've looked in years.
Not long ago I paused treatment for around 2–2.5 months, and to my surprise my weight stayed stable through that period. Mentally, that felt like a huge achievement.
As of now I'm back on Mounjaro, and I'm also on TRT at the moment, so I'm curious how the two together will affect my body composition, appetite, and energy levels overall. Being back on it has been a good experience so far.
Really, the main reason I signed up is to keep expanding my knowledge — there's an overwhelming amount of info out there and telling good sources from bad ones isn't easy. I'm hoping to learn from those with more or different experience, and to contribute anything helpful from my own path as well.
