Hi everyone, I'm a newcomer from Norway who now resides in Thailand.

Right now I'm on reta at 1.85 mg per week, and for the first week that appears to be sufficient — I'm dropping weight regardless of how much I eat, plus I'm also running test and deca.

What's your recommendation for how long to remain at this same dose — should I wait until I hit a plateau, or something else?

After spending 8 week on tirz, I've come to feel that reta beats tirz, and tirz also gave me nausea.

You began reta at 1.85??? That looks like too much.

Yeah, that's what I went with. After looking into it further, though, I see it could be on the higher side. Going low and slow is likely the wiser route for some, since it can help dodge things like nausea, for instance. As for me, no side effects have shown up yet.
