Hello,
Tirz has been part of my routine for 12 months at this point. A plastic surgeon got me started, and the price was absolutely brutal, so these days I'm poking around the grey side of things. I stand 5'3" and my first 2.5mg tirz dose came at 162lb. After that I moved to an NP who runs a wellness clinic in my area. Cheaper than the plastic surgeon, no question, but not a bill I felt like carrying indefinitely. At 130lb I began stepping the dose down by 0.5mg per month, hunting for the smallest amount that would hold things steady without a rebound. The most I ever took was 3.5mg, and for the first few days after pinning that dose I felt seriously nauseous. For roughly 3-4 months now I've sat at 1.0mg, which as far as food noise and appetite go seems to do nothing, though it's gentler on the wallet. When I dropped from 2.0-1.5mg, both the food noise and the appetite came roaring back. Going grey and titrating up once more is on my mind, up to a level where the scale finally starts heading down, then parking there awhile. Right now I'm 134-136lb and curious whether 120ish is reachable. Honestly I just want to feel a bit better about myself than I do at this weight, without spending an arm and a leg. Anywho, that's me and my tirz journey so far. Thanks for reading
