INTRO Hello there from Germany

49 years old, writing from Germany.

Mounjaro was my starting point in December ´24, at 167 kg. Lifting began within 6 months, my entire diet got overhauled, and 33 kg came off. Feeling capable of handling things "on my own", I then lowered the dosage. Injections were stopped after 6 weeks, and a further 20 kg disappeared over 6 months with no drug involved.

Reta entered the picture 4 weeks ago, after I found the grey market and weighed the issue of shedding that last visceral fat. 10 kg left to lose!

Reaching 20kg with no glp1 is seriously impressive. As for me, I put on 5kg just during christmas So that explains why I'm here.

Honestly, tapering off Mounjaro had me quite anxious. Still, it went very smoothly on its own.

Right now I combine Tirzepatid with Retatrutid. My current dose is 4 mg Tirze alongside 2 mg Reta, and I space the two shots 2 days apart.

Starting next week the plan is 3 mg Tirze plus 2,5 mg Reta, continuing that way until I reach 4 mg Reta while Tirze goes down to zero. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly.
