I’m female 37, 184 lb / 84 kg and have been on ozempic without much effect. I stumbled upon this forum and it’s extremely overwhelming haha but I’m glad to be here and learn more!
I exercise and diet often but I think I’m just at that age where I just don’t drop weight easy like I used to! Hoping to find better solutions here
