Hi everyone, I plan to begin Sema next week. I've been reading this forum quietly for a while and I'm grateful for everything shared here!
Since I already take other peptides, that side of things feels familiar to me. Food noise isn't really an issue for me, but inflammation has made losing weight tough. My goals are to shed some pounds and to bring down inflammation as well.
