INTRO Hello new here

Used sema for 2 years, sometimes stopping. Longest break lasted 5 months. Lost 100lbs. Sort of hit a wall at 2mg. So making the switch to reta. Will for sure be lurking and doing lots of reading. Thanks

Last week I moved over to reta at 3mg, coming off 2 mg semi. Everything's going fine up to now. I'd welcome any tips. Thanks

I’ve used wegovy and trizepitide, and right now I’m making the change over to Retatrutide. 40 lbs have come off so far, though my hope is that the Ret does more damage than the other two

Same here. Triz is something I haven't given a shot yet. Still, I've got some headed my way as a backup, in case reta fails to help with my appetite and binge eating.

I'm guessing this will be great for the two of us. Binge eating was something I had a really hard time with!!
