Aussie here, used Mounjaro 2.5mg for 6 months upped to 5mg, on this I lost 25kg. Recently stopped Mounj and started Reta but cravings and food noise is back. Just bought a kit of Tirz 30mg (will be dosing 2.5mg) which I will be using with Ret 2mg to reduce the dreaded food noise. Looking forward to being here 🙂
 
Welcome! I’ve heard from others that tirz can be stronger for appetite suppression. Hopefully combining the low doses works well for you and helps quiet the food noise again. I'm thinking of adding tirz as well, so i'm looking forward to hearing how you get on with it! 😊
