Hi everyone! I'm new around here. Back in January, I had shoulder surgery and used BPC 157 afterward. Now I'm interested in giving Tesamorelin a try, mainly for body recomp and sleep. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Welcome! I deal with sleep problems and right now I take DSIP along with CJC. It does help! I'm going to add Ipa since putting all 3 together makes up the "sleep optimizing stack"Lilcel1 said:

My routine includes CJC without DAC plus IPA in both the morning and at night, and I also take DSIP. Across several areas, this combination has made a huge difference.laansasa said:

When it comes to sleep, what percentage of improvement would you say you're getting?laansasa said:

What results have you seen from the bpc 157? Also, which form is it—acetate or arginate? I'm considering adding it alongside my reta, but my knowledge on it is still pretty limited.Lilcel1 said:

Giving it a precise percentage score is tough for me... That said, before, getting to sleep ahead of midnight was a battle, even with 6+ sleep aids plus 2 unisoms (doxylamine). With the peps, around 9 or 10 I begin to feel drowsy (previously at that late hour I was fully alert /chonkkk said:

What has it been like for you? Any good effects on sleep worth mentioning?badsr71 said:

I can't say exactly which product it was. Since I haven't had a second shoulder operation to serve as a no-treatment comparison, I can't be certain, but my PT told me I'm well ahead of where I should be, which is encouraging! I want to think the bpc157 played a part in that.mistapresident said:

I'd put it this way: you're totally wiped out ahead of hitting the sack, and then you just go down completely. That's how I'd sum up what DSIP brought to my stack. For me, it's made a life-changing difference.Lilcel1 said:
