Hi all
40yr old male here. Started legit liraglutide 3 months ago as I was almost 19st. Years of trying to control calories yelded little to no improvement. Actually managed to lose 10lb fairly quick then seemed to stall & could not get below 18st.
Just placed my 1st gray order for tirz which should arrive in the next week or 2 which should get me moving towards 15 or 16st.
Just spending hours reading this forum has been invaluable in guiding me on this journey.
