Hi!

My brother got me onto this site. He lost a ton of weight on Reta and I'm excited to try and do the same! Might start higher than he did though and see how it goes . Been trying to lose my belly for years haha

Welcome and good luck. I don't know about Reta as I started on Tirz but I'd be careful about going too fast. The 2.5mg starter dose hit me like a train, I don't think I ate anything, or managed to leave the bathroom, for about 3 days. I'm on the max dose of 15mg now and barely feel anything.

He started at 0.5, I was thinking of starting at the 2mg dose, same as the clinical trials.
