Hi

I began mounjaro a couple of years back and things went well in the early days. Since January I've been tapering down, and I came off it a couple of months ago.

I'd hoped to maintain the weight loss without help, but doing it solo isn't working out. So reta is the next thing I'm considering. For a first order, are people going with 10mg or 20mg?

If anyone can share what to watch out for or steer clear of, please jump in and reply.

With any luck I'll have a supplier sorted in a week or two. The more searching you do, the tougher picking one becomes.
