Hey all,
Greetings from the southern part of the USA. After spending hours and days reading through this forum, I figured it was time to register, because I'll probably be hanging around for a while. As you might have guessed, mopeds and scooters are a hobby of mine - zipping around on them is simply a good time. That said, with how e-bikes have improved lately, younger riders doing 40 mph keep blowing past me.
So, I'm GLP curious and not taking anything at the moment. I'm leaning toward starting reta soon, but my spouse worries about side effects I might regret down the road, and that has held me back. A friend of mine went on reta, dropped a bunch of weight, and never looked back. I tend to be a yo-yo dieter and I overeat, then shed some pounds, but I can't keep it off long term. The real problem is that I can sit near my goal weight for months on carnivore or something similar, yet as soon as we eat out or attend a social event, I have trouble sticking to healthy foods and I fall off the wagon. On top of that, I have sleep apnea, so getting off the cpap would be a strong motivator if it's possible.
