Welcome ! Do your research and gauge if this is the best move for you. Reta definitely has pros and cons, same with Tirzepatide.

Never heard of Saxenda. I have so much to learn.
I started on Tirz and then switched to Reta after insurance issues. Forced me to go gray. Reta has been pretty awesome for me.
Now I’ve added a few more. But still want to learn more.

Saxenda is a bit older, one of the first ones if I recall correctly. That's the only thing I can get insured but you have to take daily, that's why im looking for something better and something I can take weekly.
