Hi,
I’m in my late 20s, from Sweden, and recently discovered peptides.
So far I’ve only used retatrutide for about three months, and I’ve lost almost 10 kg — 22 lbs for the Americans here. I wasn’t really overweight when I started, I mostly just wanted to lose a bit of weight before summer.
What surprised me was that it seemed to help with more than just weight loss. The food noise pretty much disappeared, but I also noticed that cravings in other parts of my life became weaker. I have a pretty restless personality, and I honestly feel like reta helps calm that side of me down a bit. Because of that, I’m starting to think that a low dose might actually suit me long term.
I’m also a gym bro, so I like to think I know a bit about training and nutrition. My discipline is not always as good as my knowledge though, haha.
I’m here to learn more about retatrutide, maybe other peptides too. Also looking forward to reading about your experiences.
