57yrs old and it feels more like 90. I'm finished with this situation and ready to kick myself into gear and make some big life changes. Usually I stay quite active — hiking, photography, mnt biking, and just about anything outdoors. Bit by bit my motivation to chase the things I love has faded, and my body makes that clear. I want to pick up knowledge from people who've actually walked the peptide path, to help me return to my activities and a healthy lifestyle. Plenty to learn and read, and I'm keen to begin. My goal is dropping roughly 30lbs (currently 190, aiming for 160) AND getting fit again, so I can enjoy doing things once more. Any and all help is welcome! Here we go💪🏼

Alright, I've been poking around this forum and clearly there's a massive amount of material here. But for the folks who have actually walked this path already, what's the first step? Is there some kind of beginner's guide, link, or write-up that lays out the basics of glp1's? There are loads of videos over on youtube. Are there particular ones people suggest, or channels that come highly recommended? I just want to make sure I start off going the right way. Appreciate it!

You have a couple of options: either search for topics that catch your attention, or browse the Forums tab by scrolling until you spot the medications you want to know about. Google, in my view, is a good way to get a broad picture of whatever subject you're curious about.

For me, the best learning has come from reading—over and over—both on this site and beyond it. Yes, it takes up time, but I actually like it. You'll come across links pointing to other forums that may cover what you need. Ask me anything, and I'll do my best to assist : )
