Hello fellow Scottish man. I am also on Reta. Been on it about 8 weeks or more now. Up at 7.5mg. Losing around a steady 2lb per week.

I'm fairly new to Reta myself, have don Tirz previously for over a year and managed to shift 11+ stone. I'm seeing the same benefits from Reta that i did from Tirz.
Take it slow and move up gradually, you'll feel within yourself when you’re at the right dose.

Hey Barry, welcome to the forum. How was your first day? I started on 1mg just under two weeks ago too but went to 2mg for my second dose just because I started wanting to eat crap towards the end of the week.
