30M, midwest here. For a big chunk of the past decade I wasn't treating my body well at all, but over the last year I've made the choice to reverse that. Peptides became one piece of that effort. 6 weeks back I began reta, and I'm already down 16 lbs, having come from a max of 275. When things were at their worst, I was dealing with stage 2 hypertension and OSA - I was in pretty bad shape. Reta has helped tremendously - rather than always seeking stimulation or emotional regulation through food, it lets me simply eat what I already know I should. The catch is that the sources I've located charge a lot, and because I want to stay on it long-term, I'm hoping a cheaper supply will turn up eventually (hope that doesn't run afoul of the 'no sourcing' discussion, to be clear I'm not requesting one). I've also been gradually reading up on other peptides, and GHK Cu and Mots C are 2 I'd like to try. This site seems to hold a ton of info, even on peptides I'd never heard of, so I'm eager to read more and add whatever I can.

It looks like our stacks overlap. Reta has been part of my routine for 7 weeks, and I'm down 38 pounds at 4mg per week. My starting weight was much higher, though—354—and I had a lot of inflammation.

What's making you consider adding Mots c and Ghk cu?

For me, the interest comes from worrying about loose skin and wanting extra support for mitochondria health. From what I've gathered, Mots C & Retatrutide hit different targets, which supposedly makes them a strong pair.

Hey, I appreciate you getting back to me, and nice work on the progress you've made with your weight so far!

Yeah, stacking Mots C alongside Reta is something I've seen mentioned by others. My Reta dose is 3 mg, and the sides have been pretty rough — moving from 2 up to 3 was a struggle. For the first 2-3 days post-injection I'm wiped out and it's tough to get through a workout. Nausea hits hard too, during that same window, and the two together have been messing with my job somewhat. If there's anything that would boost my energy so I can keep showing up at the gym consistently, that would be huge.

As for GHK Cu, what I'm dealing with is some hair shedding, skin aging tied to collagen, a small achilles heel injury, and stretch marks from both putting on and taking off weight — I'm hoping it might address those.

What does your diet look like goal-wise? I'm curious. During the first half of each week I usually land somewhere between 1000-1500 calories, aiming for 100-150 g of protein, keeping carbs low, with moderate fat and fiber.

And are there any other peptides you've been looking into?
