32, male, 181cm, 110kg - BMI 33.6
After seeing a ton of reta content (tiktok kept pushing it at me), I did enough reading to figure out sourcing, made the purchase, and decided on a little experiment: I'd let myself eat with zero restraint right up until the package arrived, purely to see what my appetite looked like when I made no attempt to hold back. Those 4 days involved a lot of eating. My first dose was 0.5mg at roughly 18:00. Nothing at all registered. My wife cooked, and I put away 4 pork cutlets with cheese plus some buckwheat mash. Sleep was uneventful, but when I got up my stomach still felt completely full. That was the moment it clicked that this stuff does something. Day 3 on reta now and I'm feeling great - snacks have zero appeal, and I don't even want coke zero or similar. My routine is just work, a steak at lunch, then nothing else. One meal a day with no snacking has become easy thanks to reta. My wife intends to start too, though it looks like she simply stopped eating when I did, minus the reta. Watching her snack, I felt nothing at all, which is a very odd sensation for me.
Appreciate anyone who made it through this. My plan is to remain at 0.5mg until roughly 20kg comes off. Fine by me even if that takes a year, I'm committed to it, and I can't wrap my head around people running 8mg while constantly posting about feeling terrible.
Any other Lithuanians here - I'd really like to hear from you about how reta affects you, your food and drink, and how you structure your day.
