Hey everyone,
Long-time lurker, first-time poster here. Sending greetings from a non-EU part of Europe!
I’m a 46-year-old male, currently sitting at a BMI of 30, and I've spent years riding the classic weight loss rollercoaster.
I previously managed to drop 25 kg through dieting and a lot of walking.
The Goal: I still need to lose another 15 kg, but these final kilos are proving to be an absolute nightmare to shift.
Over the last 3 months, I’ve already gained back 8 kg, and the upward momentum is only accelerating.
Right now, I feel like I'm eating at least double my TDEE. The appetite control just isn't there, and I'm battling constant, relentless hunger.
Intense sugar cravings (consuming huge amounts of candy).
Uncontrollable evening and late-night snacking, eating when not really hungry...
Getting down to a healthy weight category has become a top priority. On top of the weight gain, warning signs are there: Severe hyperinsulinemia (right on the edge of insulin resistance), hypertension, etc.
Given the severe sugar cravings and underlying metabolic issues, I’m trying to decide whether Tirz or Reta would be the better mechanism to help me regain control.
Living where sourcing these compounds safely a massive headache. Availability is incredibly poor, and the market is flooded with scammers.
This forum has already been a goldmine of useful information and has helped me make much better informed decisions so far. Looking forward to being a part of the community and hearing your insights!
Thanks for having me.
