A bit of background on me: I'm in my mid-30s and fitness has been a big part of my adult life. My education and work are in science, and that's actually the reason I got interested in peptides to begin with, the biochemistry and mechanisms behind GLP-1 and related compounds truly captivate me from a research standpoint, not only a practical one.
