Hey Friends! Heard lots about this community and wanted to hop on board. I'm about to turn 40, married, two kids, and honestly life is pretty full on, so keeping fitness and movement in the mix is just something I have to do to stay sane.
Been on a health kick for the last 10-12 years or so. Heavy kid growing up, didn't really turn that around until my 20s when I got into weight training, then eventually triathlon. Picked up some injuries along the way too. Blew my talofibular ligament in my right ankle in my mid-20s, then tore the lateral meniscus in my right knee in my early 30s. Those two injuries made me pay a lot more attention to recovery instead of just chasing performance.
That's honestly how I got into peptides in the first place. Knee wasn't healing the way I wanted and my forearm was starting to mess with my lifting, so I started reading up on BPC-157 and TB-500. One thing led to another and now I'm just pretty into this whole area of health as I get older. Been researching for about 4-5 months now. Started with a 12 week BPC/TB cycle with great results and about 8 weeks ago added in some low dose reta. Been going well honestly, low dose has worked for me, and I'm probably going to cycle off soon since I don't want to stay on stuff longer than I need to.
Evaluating the next move; considering a Selank/Semax test or CJC/IPA; currently undecided.
Mostly just want to be part of a community here, learn from people who've been doing this longer, share what's worked for me and what hasn't, that kind of thing. Would be a nice bonus if I ran into some people local to me who are into this too.
