Hey everyone! Glad to be part of this forum and soak up all the knowledge you all bring to the table. Right now I'm working on getting healthier and trying to fine-tune anything I can along the way. Can't wait to talk with you all and pick up more from this community! 35M, athlete my whole life, Reta user for 4 months now, 30lbs down and feeling great!

Welcome aboard! Huge congrats on what you've achieved — 30 lbs down in four months is amazing, particularly for someone with an athletic background, since fine-tuning can be tougher in those cases.

thanks! I've also been on TRT since August and am working on getting that optimized as well — I feel great!
