Hi everyone!! I currently live in Asia, and I'll be relocating to NYC in the near future. Saxenda was my treatment for 5 months, then I made the change to Tirz, which I've now been taking for about 3 months.
PCOS is something I deal with, along with every symptom that tends to follow it - obesity, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance, pre-diabetic, acne, you name it I probably struggle with it. Last year my Endo started me on saxenda, mainly to get my weight under control, since every lab result showed alarmingly high values. So far I've dropped more than 10kg, and my labs have improved significantly. The reason I moved to Tirz was cost, since I cover all expenses myself.
I'd really like to meet others dealing with the same situation, and I'm excited to add my own input to this community as well.
