Hey all,
Argentina is where I'm based, and I've only just begun exploring the peptide world. No protocol has been started on my end yet — research is still the stage I'm at. Training has been a consistent part of my life for close to 3 years now, and my nutrition is kept tightly in check alongside it: everything gets tracked, from macros and how calories are allocated to the effect all of it has on my body and my mental health. Fat loss improvement and training optimization for muscle growth are what I'm concentrating on at the moment.
Excited to pick things up from everybody in this community.
