I'll be 49 before long...

Until a shoulder injury, I'd spent my life as a gym regular. Naturally, the pounds piled on. For the past 6 months, my wife and I have both been on a GLP-1, and shedding that weight has completely transformed our lives. I've joined to find out about other peptides — ideally one that can assist with getting my shoulder back in shape and let me return to the gym.

I can't wait to engage with all of you and pick up new information!

Both of my arms have golfers elbow, which came from chin ups. An old shoulder injury means pull ups overhand are off the table for me. I'll be starting Reta shortly, and on top of that I've been checking out this combo. Can't wait to see how your journey goes, and I hope that injury gets sorted out.

Thanks, I'll check that out. Roughly 12 years back, my left shoulder came out of its socket. As it slipped out, it ended up underneath my pec muscle. A chunk got sheared off the ball of the bone. A screw had to be inserted, and then they put it back in place. Naturally, all the muscles and tendons were repaired too. For quite a while it held up fine, but these days arthritis has started to set in. So if I sleep on it the wrong way, I wake up hurting.

@RedneckSuperhero could you tell me more about what happened in that accident? I'm a 29M, and I've been through two different accidents that left both of my shoulders dislocated. The left side is in worse shape, and it keeps slipping out again afterward — badly enough that a hard sneeze will make it pop out. I'm hesitant about going the surgery route, because from what I've read it isn't a guaranteed fix, a fair number of people relapse, and arthritis tends to show up later in life.
