Hi all,
The GLP journey started over 6 months ago (first with Tirz, then eventually Reta), and 22lbs/10kg have come off so far. Another good 5 kgs or more is the next push, after which settling into some sort of maintenance or minimum viable amount makes sense.
Looking forward to learning from others' experience, and to sharing my own.
