Hi all. Mid 40s here, and I'm working to get control of my life and health back after more than a decade as a caregiver. Looking after myself ranked low while I was looking after one of my parents. My parents passed about six months ago, and my partner four years before that, and I'm finally steady enough to start putting myself first again. My goals are a lower risk of fatty liver disease and about 60 lbs off.
