Hey everyone, fellow peptide fans and people working on losing weight.

My history with dieting has been a very, very long cycle of losing and regaining. I tried pretty much every method out there, and the end result was putting all the weight back on while my hormones got so out of whack that I now need TRT. I'm a guy, and I genuinely needed TRT; it's been excellent and I'm a big fan. During earlier attempts to shed pounds, I would always hit a point of complete exhaustion and feeling like a zombie because my testosterone was low, and the nonstop calorie deficit made my hormonal situation even worse.

After many years of experimenting and failing, I've finally landed on what I believe is the optimal approach to fat loss. I'm deliberately taking things slowly to avoid ending up with loose skin. I began reta at the start of this year and have dropped roughly 20 pounds so far. I've actually managed to add muscle along the way, thanks to some months spent eating at maintenance or simply being stuck on a plateau. Clearly, for me personally, trt and glp-1's are the ultimate solution. I'm on 150mg per week, if anyone's curious.

As for my regimen, I don't just depend on TRT by itself haha. I'm very strict about this.

Every single day: fasted morning walks, then 20min on the assault bike.

4 Days of body split resistance training (heavy lifting, dorian yates style training)

2 days of core/abs + mobility sessions

On ideal days my diet is mostly protein and fibre. I also eat out frequently since I love food and takeout, so my diet swings between extremely healthy and extremely unhealthy. I try to keep the two in balance... I think.

Anyway, that's my story. I'm here to swap experiences and talk about dosages, switching between reta and tirz, and stuff like that.
