Hey all, I’ve been checking out GLP1Chat since April and started retatrutide around that same time. I’m a 6 feet tall guy, and I began at 205 lb. Two months later, my most recent weigh in came in at 181.7 lbs!

I want to start posting more, so I figured this was a good moment to introduce myself.

NorCal, appreciate you stopping by. Don't let up on what you're doing. My own approach to dropping pounds involves peptides. After adopting a keto/ low carb way of eating, 40 lbs came off, but then progress basically hit a wall—that is, until tirzepatide entered the picture. Since January, another 40 has come off. These days I'm beginning to feel like a human again. Hang around; this place is starting to get good!

Now that my weight is at a level I can handle, I notice a real improvement in how I feel each day, and I'm thrilled about it. Seeing myself in the mirror makes me happy.

What's your remaining weight loss goal?

I haven't decided yet—probably around 40 more pounds?
