Hey,

I appreciate being welcomed into this community. After dealing with herniated disc's and physio for a long stretch, my girlfriend and I began hitting the gym this year. Zepbound was prescribed to my girlfriend, but my insurance dragged its feet on covering it, which sent me down the peptide research rabbit hole. Right now, the two of us are on reta, cjc 1295 and Ipa, plus bpc157 and ghk-cu. I'm also exploring plenty of other stacks 🤣 I can't wait to dig into the many threads and discussions, and at some point share my own experiences too.

Welcome!

At times, we've got no choice but to handle things ourselves. Looks like this is the right spot for learning about peptides—there's a ton of informative posts here.

How are your herniated discs holding up?

A few years back, my girlfriend underwent surgery for hers, but soon after she was in a car accident that left her in pretty rough shape. Nearly all of last year, both of us attended physio, and these days we're both doing a lot better. Flare-ups still happen from time to time, though I've noticed that ghk-cu and bpc157 have been quite helpful. Next time, I'd like to give KLOW a try and see whether it works any better.

It's great that your situation is improving. Dealing with injuries is incredibly annoying, and like you already know, they can end up defining who you are. It sounds like you're putting in all the effort possible to make your life better. I really appreciate that.
