Hello, 31 M, from the USA but currently based in Italy.

Chronic migraines and tension headaches have been with me since 15. Nothing a doctor has given me has ever helped. Alongside that come waves of wanting to do everything I can to try to fix it and giving up hope on the other sides.

I'm 6'1" (187cm) and weight swings from 195-230 lbs (88-107kg) depending on how motivated I am in the time period. Losing weight definitely makes me feel better, but eventually I get tired of the bad days and give up.

Some years I have been extremely active - hiking the Appalachian trail, skiing all season or doing CrossFit. Other years I'm barely moving.

A very picky eater growing up, living on garbage processed foods. As an adult a real effort has gone into eating vegetables, and over time I'm to the point where nothing goes in that isn't fresh ingredients I cook for myself.

All of the diets have been tried in the healthiest way I could ( vegan, keto, carnivore, fasting, long term fasting)

Peptides were discovered recently, which is why I'm here, and they do give me some hope of treating the underlying issues whatever they may be.

BPC-157 and TB-500 were where I started, as I got tendinitis in the ankle in jiu jitsu. That actually worked quite well for me - over about two weeks the results started looking pretty good.

Now the rabbit hole has me, and trying everything at once is a struggle to resist.

Bad mitochondria probably came from growing up eating shit and years of inactivity, I realize. Too much chronic inflammation shows up as my migraines. My labs over time show varying degrees of insulin resistance but never quite touching pre diabetes range.

Reta is what I'm starting now, and long term use is the hope even after the weight comes off, as binge eating is a struggle for me (even healthy foods). Even at lower doses so far the food noise feels much more manageable.

On top of this, the roads I'm looking down are mitochondrial function (Mots-c, ss-31, Etc), inflammation (kpv, bpm, ghk-cu), plus old shoulder injuries that never quite got fixed.

Advice from other's who have had transformations in their lives would be very welcome. There is quite a lot of information to dissect here, and stating a stack of 8 peptides at once may not be my best bet, I realize immediately, but wanting drastic changes is hard to resist when a new light appears.
