For several years I've used both prescription and gray-market GLP-1's, and the pounds have kept coming off. From my heaviest point (278 lbs), I'm now down 100 lbs!

Over roughly the past year I've cycled Reta on and off; before that came tirz, and prior to that, prescription sema.

For no specific reason, I've never managed to stay fully consistent with any of them... yet even so: my suppliers were domestic, and realizing how much extra I'm shelling out as a convenience fee has started to get under my skin haha.

I'm glad to be joining and eager to pick up knowledge from everyone here. Thanks 🙂

Great to see you! With a few years under your belt and a 100lb drop behind you, there's a lot you'll be able to pass on to the rest of us.

Huge respect for everything you've managed!

Dropping 100 lbs is no small feat—well done! It's great to see how far you've come. That whole “convenience fee” thing really clicks for me too. Glad you're here; hopefully there's plenty of helpful stuff for you, and that you like being part of the group!

I really appreciate it! Looking back, that figure seems huge, yet because it happened across roughly 5 years, there are moments when it doesn’t feel that way.

Wow, 100lbs! That's incredible!!! I figured my 40 over six months was impressive. Keep it up!! Welcome from another new member.
Another first responder here! Working as a paramedic in NYC is something I can't even picture — me, I handle dispatch on the opposite coast of the US. Honestly, it seems like everyone in our line of work is on GLP's these days, LOL

I'm telling you, it was absolute madness! I've been retired for some time now, though I still maintain my certifications. For a year I worked modified duty, which gave me a taste of dispatch too — and I have to hand it to you folks! The mental strain was way too much for me! Trying to keep tabs on 40 separate ambulances (each boro is divided into sections) drove me up the wall! So major respect to every dispatcher out there!

Glad to be here — this is the most informative board I've ever come across!
