Tirz is what I'm using too. 5 weeks of pinning so far, and I've dropped 25 pounds. This GLP1 is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! Food noise is almost gone. No sugar cravings! None at all! It's been incredible.
There's one more thing I use that assists with weight loss, so that's why my weight has come off fast.
