thought I'd drop in, say hello and introduce myself. Male, 50 years old. About a year back I got started on a glp1 through one of those doc in the box places in Florida. I dropped roughly 30 pounds on it. The cost was high and I didn't keep it up. Then in January I bumped into an old buddy who put me onto Reta, and I began buying from him. These days I'm down about 45 pounds. After that I wanted to actually understand what I was putting in and how to dose it, which is how I ended up here. Plenty learned already, plenty still to learn. My starting weight was 288 and I'm sitting at 243 now. I've signed up to a gym and started trt too, though I'll be pausing the trt for the moment.
