Hi Everyone,

Canada here, male, 39. Roughly 2 years back I decided to take matters into my own hand. Pre-Covid I was active, liked going out, and above all enjoyed life! Covid hit and the toll it took on me was big…2 years on, about 65 pounds had been gained, anxiety had set in, and going out or seeing anyone was the last thing I wanted. Then my daughter arrived. Wonderful as that was, I was too busy to spare a thought for myself. A year or so after she was born, once things calmed down, it hit me: I'm not happy. So the research began — how to “fix” myself by getting healthy and less anxious. Quitting smoking came first; 6 months later the carnivore diet came next and everything changed: sleep improved, weight came off, calmer, better cardio, hair/skin and so on… That carried on for roughly eighteen months. Worth noting, blood work happened every 3 months, and vitamins/supplements were part of it too. Then other foods, to test what I could handle — it turns out not much, though today my diet is balanced, mostly protein, carbs and vegetables. Overall about 40lbs came off. A year ago a full panel off blood test at my yearly check up showed testosterone at extremely low levels, which is how trt became available to me. Biohacking and peptides were terms I'd always heard but never dug into; trt is what sent me reading. Social media came first, than social platforms, than forums — and hooked was the result! 9 months of heavy research went in, be it studies or testimonials on Glp's and peptides, before anything was decided. About a month ago a plan took shape: a full year stack/phase plan combining 3-4 synergistic peptides/glps per cycle (8weeks), 1 week off between cycles, each cycle different, and apart from trt and glp nothing repeated back to back. 3 weeks have passed since my first cycle started, and I'm loving it.
