I joined so I could gather stronger information, and I figure it makes sense to contribute what I’ve been through too. Right now I’m looking into what Reta dosage would suit me best. If anyone has guidance, I’d be grateful. I’ve also come across talk of a 100 mg vial being available now, though I’m not sure whether that’s accurate. Perhaps someone here can clear that up. I’m 35 y/o, and I’m trying to get a handle on how peptides function and what I could gain from using them.

A 100mg vial doesn't translate to injecting 100mg, nor anything near that amount. What's in the vial is simply the total quantity of the compound; your actual dose depends on the protocol you follow. Many individuals begin somewhere in the range of .5mg to 2mg, and if you've previously used a glp1, the recommendation tends to be 2mg or slightly above. After that, you'd turn to an online peptide calculator to figure out the volume of BAC water needed. Back when I got started, I'd order a 10mg kit, mix 1 ml of BAC into a vial, and then inject 2mg—which equals 20 units—over the course of 5 weeks, using up the whole vial. Spend a little more time reading through posts here or on reddit, and you'll have it all figured out quickly.

So far it has been 60 mg at .35 ml over six weeks. Moving up to 100 mg is really about seeing whether a bigger dose stretches longer for me.

You weren't actually taking 60mg — the bottle you're drawing from is simply a 60mg container. When you measure .35ml, that's a volume, not a concentration; the concentration shifts depending on the amount of BAC water you add. A 100mg vial merely contains more Reta, but it isn't any stronger. Suppose you mix a 100mg vial and inject only 2mg per week — that vial would stretch across 50 weeks, far beyond the storage window anyone recommends for a reconstituted vial.
