Hey everyone, Mark here. 46 years old, a bricklayer by trade, and currently on a mission to win my health back and get properly in shape. Extra weight had been along for the ride far too long, so control was taken about three months ago and the peptide journey started then. 10 pounds has come off already, energy is higher, and I feel better than I have in years. Hauling extra size around on a bricklaying job is punishing, which makes feeling this good both at work and away from it a huge win. Fully committed, and keen to keep the momentum rolling!
