Learning about glp-1s is something I only started recently, and starting on Tirzepatide is now decided. One of the telehealth providers I came across on r/tirzepatidecompound is who I am with at the moment, though once this feels more comfortable, swapping to gray market is the plan - to save on costs and try other peptides.
