Hello, I am 61 years old and female. My start was with grey Tirz, and I remained at 2.5 for more than a year. If I went any higher, I could barely force myself to eat. For the past 3 months I have been on 5 mg, and once again eating feels like nothing but a necessity to keep myself going. I am considering a switch to Reta since I have read that food becomes more appealing on it. Also that it works partly on visceral fat. Tesa is not something I want to try yet; I am very cautious about adding peps.

I am here to learn. Before my facelift I used BPC/TB for 2 weeks, and for 4 weeks after surgery. It seemed to help, though I do heal quickly. Tirz has been incredible for IBS. A wonder drug. Alongside Tirz, I pin 3 mg GHK with .500 KVP, which I mix myself in the same syringe.

On this combo I feel energetic, healthy, and a general sense of well being.

That is my story!

Could you share how your protocol looked both prior to and following your facelift? Specifically, what were the daily amounts? I've got one booked for November and I'm looking into GHK-CU, TB and BPC. I'm not sure whether to go with Klow or to inject each one separately. KPV is one more option that I'd need to look into more. TIA

Hi and welcome! Which one is it that speeds up your healing? Also , yes to the IBS point.. I am only three weeks into Tirz and the difference is huge!
