Hey there. Just joined up here. Making sure I stick to the guidelines. Compounded semaglutide is what got me started on this path. I want to give reta a shot. A lot of people have a story like mine. Before our daughter arrived, I was pretty active. I’ve run 1 marathon and 2 ultras. The longest was a 50 miler.
After the baby came, it’s been tough to carve out enough time for running the way I used to, and because of that my weight has slowly gone up.
