Spent some time browsing the forum. Looks like a solid place for info.

I'm a guy who used to be fat and came across Tirzepatide 18 months back. My start was with tele-docs and compounded meds, and I dropped the 55 lbs I was aiming for. For a year now I've been at goal weight, 210lbs @ 6'4". Maintenance has been going for roughly a year, and I'm still on compounded & prescribed Tirz, now at 2.5mg/week.

Right now I'm looking into and picking up knowledge about alternative peptides, and it's caught my interest.

Tirzepatide was completely new to me, yet within 1 week it's come up twice. A good friend of mine is the other one, and they dropped roughly the same amount as you. I'm not going to pester you with questions since the info is probably already posted here, but - fascinating!

How all these GLP-1s / peptides and so on compare or differ is beyond me. This forum surely has the answers, but - where does someone begin(?). Anyway, welcome & ty for the 2nd Tirzepatide personal exp., that's 1 more for the research list!

Also - Alaska?? I've always wanted to visit. Hope you fish/hunt!

Well done on hitting your target — I've still got 60+ to shift myself. The peptide options out there are endless, and after plenty of digging I've lined up what I'll buy on my next order. You've definitely landed in the right spot for answers. Hope you settle on a combo that suits you.

Tirzepatide is merely the generic label for the identical compound found in Eli Lily's Mounjaro and Zepbound offerings. Those Eli Lily versions cost an absurd amount, so my starting route was an online doctor Telehealth appointment plus a script for the generic. That path is still pricey, though it comes in below the branded option.

I spend a fair amount of time fishing, but hunting has been off my radar for several years. These days I'm a single man, and processing a moose solo is a real hassle when there's no family around to eat it.

Retirement is where I'm at now, though my career was with a few Houston-based oil companies. A couple times each year, work took me there. In the right season, it's a pleasant spot. Hot and humid conditions, however, are not my thing.
