A mid-40s guy here, and my peptide journey started a little over three years ago with sema from a compounding pharmacy.
A slow responder to GLP-1s is what I turned out to be. No side effects on any of the big three talked about today, but slow was the weight loss too. Over two years, 65 lbs came off in total, taking me from just over the line of obesity to the lowest weight I have seen since adulthood. A healthy weight is still where I sit, at the upper end of the "normal" BMI range.
The past year has had me bouncing around +/- 10 lbs while slowly improving my body composition.
Peptides being powerful is something I believe in, and many claims also strike me as suspect. The GLP-1s seem like magic. Others I have tried have not been as effective. Hype is everywhere out there, and places like this are what help to cut through it.
My current stack is reta + cjc/ipa + glow + mt1.
